Fitness Friday 2/27

How'd last week's Fitness Friday workout go?  I hope you all got your rounds in and your heart rates up a little bit throughout the day.  Here's another good one - might make you sweat a little, but remember, the main goal of these mini workouts is to get you up out of your chair or off the couch, and moving!  Ready?  Scroll down to see what's in store this week...

FITNESS FRIDAY 2/27

3 rounds, 3x today

High Knees - it's like jogging in place, but bring your knees up to waist level.

Bicycle Crunches - lie on your back, hands behind your head, bringing your right elbow to left knee.  Extend your left leg and bring your left elbow to your right knee.  Keep alternating that pattern quickly.

Jump Lunges - like a regular lunge, but propel yourself up switching feet in the air and land back in a lunge on the opposite side.  Keep propelling yourself up and down, alternating legs.
