10 Health & Fitness Stocking Stuffers Under $70

Okay, this list should really be called "9 Fitness Stocking Stuffers Under $30 + 1 70-dollar item" because everything on this list is $29.99 or under with the exception of one.  But oh well.  So if you need some ideas for what to get the fitness buff or health nut on your Christmas list this year, check these out.  Click on the individual images under each heading or the "Find it here" link to be directed to the websites for purchase.  Happy shopping!

10 Health & Fitness Stocking Stuffers Under $70

1 | GymBoss Interval Timer

I definitely need to invest in one of these in the near future (surprised I don't have one yet!).  They're perfect for those HIIT workouts, AMRAPs, and Tabata workouts that require a timed interval.  You don't have to fumble with a stopwatch and remember how many rounds you've done.  Great for at home or in the gym.

2 | Dr. Cool's 3" Cooling Compression Wrap

This little wrap is perfect for small injuries on the wrists or ankles, and can even be used on your head for headache relief.  You wet the underside of the wrap and place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then wrap it around the injured area.  It stays in place with velcro and is machine washable.  Plus, it comes in that fun vibrant yellow!  (And also black.)

3 | Contigo Water Bottle with Storage Compartment

Is it just me, or how many times do you go to the gym with your purse, gym bag, wallet, etc. and have to put everything in a locker?  If you're going for a quick gym trip, this water bottle is perfect!  It has a nice handy compartment to hold your money, key(s), a credit card, ID, gym pass, or whatever other small item you might need on you.  Oh, and of course your water.

4 | Fit & Fresh Lunch To Go Storage Containers

I have some of these containers at home and they're perfect for on-the-go lunches and snacks. You don't have to worry about packing ice packs in addition to your food containers since these babies have a snap-in ice pack right in the lid!  They come in a variety of sizes and are perfect for portion control, too.

Price: $12.99 for the Lunch To Go kit pictured (other sizes vary) | Find it here

5 | Perfect Pushup Swivel Push Up Handles

Perfect Pushup Swivel Push Up Handles

I've used these a few times in my training and I love them!  They're great for really isolating your pecs and they allow for a deeper push up than you'd otherwise get if you did them on the floor.  The handles swivel, so you can target slightly different muscle groups depending on how your hands are rotated.  Not to mention they're great for anyone with wrist issues since your wrists stay in a neutral position compared to being flexed on the floor.

6 | OmniBall Omni-directional Rolling Workout Balls

Okay, this is the most expensive item on this list, and I wasn't going to include it because of their price, but they're just too cool NOT to include.  (And yes, these are the Omniballs that were featured on Sweat, Inc.)  I have never used them personally (they're not available for purchase until 12/15), but I've seen what types of workouts can be done with these and wow.  All I have to say is I want a pair!  They're kind of like your ab roller machine, but better because they roll in 360˚ instead of just forward and back.  The straps allow for a multitude of exercise combinations to target your abs, arms, legs, you name it.  And yeah, they might be a little big to actually fit into the stocking, but they're small enough to count in this list, don't you think?

Price: $69.95 for the pair (limited quantities available starting December 15, 2015) | Find it here

7 | ShowerPill Athletic Body Wipes

There are times when we all need to get to where we're going from the gym in no time flat, am I right?  These wipes will freshen you up in a hurry so you don't need to spend precious time in the shower.  They are thick like a wash cloth and disposable like a baby wipe (but don't smell like it).  Of course, they won't work on hair, so ladies, you might have to stick with the dry shampoo + top knot for post-gym errands or meetings, but hey, at least your body will be fresh!

8 | Lekue Silicon Food Steamer Case (serves 3-4 people)

Lekue 3-4 Person Silicon Steam Case

My mom got one of these for Christmas a few years ago and I thought (and still think) it's the coolest thing.  It's a silicon steamer that you can cook pretty much anything in.  Fish, veggies, pasta, stews, you name it.  It's oven-safe, too, so you can also bake in it.  It comes with a cookbook full of good-sounding recipes that are all great for those of us trying to stay on track with our healthy eating.  The one pictured is the larger version which serves 3-4 people (also great for weekly meal prep for 1), and there's a smaller version that serves 1-2 people.

9 | GRID Mini Foam Roller

Oh, the foam roller.  This is one piece of necessary fitness equipment I have yet to add to my collection.  I came across these mini rollers in my online search the other day and thought how perfect are these for travel!  A typical foam roller is about the size of a rolled up yoga mat, so traveling with it may not be ideal.  These little guys would fit perfectly in a suitcase, though, and you'd still get your SMR (self myofascial release) benefits on the go.

Price: $24.99 | Find it here

10 | SKLZ Accupoint Tissue Massager

Along the same lines as the mini foam roller above, this massager is perfect to fit in your travel bag, gym bag, or to use at home.  Compared to a foam roller, I think these ball-shaped massagers are better at targeting the small areas in your back, around your spine, shoulders, and neck.  And because they're ball shaped, they can massage those areas deeper than a flat foam roller can.
