Kickboxing Bag Class: Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm
- Boxing gloves required (open fingers preferred)
- Water bottle and sweat towel if desired
Get ready to punch and kick to your heart's content! Combining traditional kickboxing techniques with a variety of other exercises, the bag class is a fun, motivating workout where you get added resistance to your punches and kicks from a free-standing heavy bag. Punch to your heart's content - it's a great way to end the work week!
