Focused purely on building lean, strong muscle, this class is 50 minutes of strength training fun! The classes focus on one major muscle group per session for a total body strength training routine over the course of a 4-week period. Each class uses a variety of training equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and more, so you can always expect something new and different.
Classes max out at 15 people and are tailored to each individual's fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to gain some serious muscle, this class will challenge your body and put your muscles to the test! Are you ready to Muscle Up?
