Blueberry Kiwi Ambronite Smoothie Bowl

Disclosure:  I was gifted a few packets of Ambronite v4 for review here on the blog.  As always, all opinions (and this recipe) are my own.

Blueberry Kiwi Ambronite Smoothie Bowl

I'm finally jumping on the smoothie bowl bandwagon today.  My friends at Ambronite kindly gifted me with their improved version of Ambronite (v4) and I've been experimenting with some great smoothie recipes for you!  I wrote about Ambronite a while back in my first review of the product with a citrusy drinkable smoothie recipe.  It was pretty tasty, I have to say, but this one blows that recipe out of the park!

Blueberry Kiwi Ambronite Smoothie Bowl

If you've never heard of Ambronite, it is an organic supermeal powder designed to be an on-the-go meal replacement that you mix with water (or juice - I recommend juice) for a complete meal's worth of nutrients in one smoothie drink.  The convenience of Ambronite is definitely a plus, and it adds a lot more real-food nutrition to a smoothie than your processed protein powders and supplements.  I've tried the powder mixed with water, and I have to say, I prefer it mixed with fruit and juice instead.  When mixed with just water, it tastes a lot like blended oatmeal.  Which is fine if that's something you like, but my tastebuds like fruity.

This Blueberry Kiwi Ambronite Smoothie Bowl is packed with a bunch of nutrients to fuel your day from the get-go or to give you the boost you need to finish out the workday in the afternoon.  The new version of Ambronite has a smoother texture and mixes slightly better with liquid than the last one (great for if you're mixing it on-the-go).  The energy breakdown of the new version is the same as the last, with 500 calories of organic, vegan, non-GMO nutrients that keeps you full, just like a regular meal.  Each packet has 54g of carbs, 30g of protein, and 18g of fat, with only 3g of natural sugar.  Combine that nutrient-dense meal powder with these additional ingredients, and you've got a whole meal in a smoothie that tastes awesome.
