Below is a calendar of all my upcoming fitness classes.  I try to keep the calendar updated monthly. You can find me teaching regularly at Vent Fitness in Guilderland, the Guilderland YMCA, and Free Style Fitness & Yoga in Albany.  I also teach in-store classes on occasion at stores like Athleta and Lululemon.  Check out the schedule of my classes on the calendar below.  I hope to see you there!


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

VENT FITNESS

Butts & Guts:

Mondays 7:00-8:00pm
Equipment needed:
Just yourself, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.
The gym provides the rest.

This class is a member favorite!  Tone and shape your backside while strengthening and sculpting your abs… need we say more?

Total Body Sculpt:

Fridays 5:30-6:30pm
Equipment needed:
Just yourself, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.
The gym provides the rest.

This class will literally work your total body focusing on all major muscle groups using weight and interval training shifting from medium to high impact throughout the course of one hour. This class is aimed at improving your functional strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular system.


FREE STYLE FITNESS & YOGA

Muscle Up:

Tuesdays 5:30-6:20pm
Equipment needed:

Just yourself, a water bottle and a sweat towel.  
(Weight lifting gloves optional.)
The studio provides the rest.

Focused purely on building lean, strong muscle, this class is 50 minutes of strength training fun! The classes focus on one major muscle group per session for a total body strength training routine over the course of a 4-week period. Each class uses a variety of training equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and more, so you can always expect something new and different.  Classes max out at 18 people and are tailored to each individual's fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to gain some serious muscle, this class will challenge your body and put your muscles to the test!  Are you ready to Muscle Up?

Circuit Training:

Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm
Equipment needed:

Just yourself, a water bottle and a sweat towel.
The studio provides the rest.

Breaking down the workout in minute interval stations.  A variety of exercises involving free weights, bands, kettle bells, sleds, rope, plyo boxes, mat work & plyometrics. Building strength, endurance, cardio & toning. Each routine is unique every time. Modifications available for any limitation, restriction or injury.
